At Olyndra London, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not perfectly happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 28 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and choose between a refund or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all Olyndra London tags still attached, ensuring the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it securely to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
